Mental health and wellbeing are no different — we have to take care of ourselves to be able to take care of others. Understanding your emotions and knowing how to look after your own mental health is the first step to a healthy and happy life.
This course aims to increase your understanding of mental wellbeing as well as to provide practical tips on improving your own wellbeing and supporting others who’re going through a tough time. You will learn to identify your feelings and emotions and what they mean for you, manage your thoughts and create a life that is fulfilling and meaningful.
